Cone-shaped blade
The blade is conical in shape, with the side edges tilted at a certain angle. During the carving process, a tilted side surface can be formed to achieve a three-dimensional corner cleaning effect (i.e., when carving vertical or tilted right angled edges, avoiding residual material at the bottom).
The bottom blade (tip) is similar to a cylindrical blade and can be used for refining small surfaces, but the conical design makes it more efficient for corner cleaning.
Ball headed blade tip
The tip of the tool is spherical, and the cutting edge is arc-shaped. When carving, the force is evenly distributed, and the cutting is smooth, suitable for curved surface machining.
Spherical design can reduce the contact area between the tool and the workpiece, lower cutting resistance, and extend tool life.
